The government authority in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive building and zoning fee study and provide cost recovery consultation services. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a detailed project management plan that covers role assignments, risk and issue management, communication, escalation procedures, and overall task management.
The project scope includes a discovery phase and contractor-developed recommendations for a replacement fee schedule that aligns with the agency's objectives. The vendor will be required to provide test models demonstrating how the proposed fee schedule meets project goals and adapts to market changes. Additionally, the consultant will develop a transition plan ensuring compliance with all legal and public engagement requirements and industry best practices, as well as a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure successful implementation.
Further responsibilities include creating and executing an approved training plan, supporting the launch of the new fee schedule, and offering ongoing deployment support. The contract is anticipated to cover a period of one year.
