The Sacramento government seeks a vendor to upgrade its existing analog paging system to a modern, fully functioning IP-based Bogen paging solution. The project will involve providing and installing new IP-based paging speakers, running new Cat 6 cabling, installing input/output integrated relays, and handling all necessary programming, configurations, and site training to ensure seamless operation.
Key deliverables include installation and configuration of the Bogen C4000 system with integration to the current Cisco IP-based phone system. The system components to be implemented comprise the Nyquist C4000 Series System Software License (Bundle-2 with 9 Zones, 10 CCLs, and 3 years of software updates), PBX integration services, page stacking licenses, Nyquist system controller, rack mount kits, VoIP admin phone, and ceiling speakers with talkback capabilities. Vendors are asked to submit any questions regarding the project by January 13, 2026.
