DESCRIPTION

The Athletic Department in New Mexico is seeking vendors to provide live broadcasting services for high school athletic events. The scope of work requires the vendor to coordinate closely with the Athletic Director or a designated school administrator, who will serve as the primary liaison for all matters related to event broadcasting.

All scheduled events must be included in the contract, and any additional events require prior approval from the agency. The broadcasting of away events and state tournaments is exclusively managed by the agency, and vendors are explicitly prohibited from contacting away schools or representing the agency in any capacity.

Vendors must ensure that pre-broadcast setup and procedures do not disrupt the instructional process, warm-ups, or school operations involving students, coaches, and facilities staff. Furthermore, use of terminology or language that designates any business or organization as an 'official sponsor' of events is strictly prohibited across all forms of media—including live video, audio, text transmissions, printed materials, commercials, advertisements, and commentary during broadcasts.
