DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to redesign and develop a modern, responsive broadband website utilizing the WordPress content management system. The project requires a new look, streamlined user experience, and seamless integration of current programs such as Jotforms and SmartHub. The final website must be easy to navigate, attractive, organized, and consistently styled, supporting both English and Spanish for the public interface.

Vendors should deliver a well-planned strategy for the website, including market insights, analytic reports, and successful integration with analytics and SEO tools. Website optimization for fast load times—through image optimization, caching, and other best practices—is essential. The site must be cross-browser compatible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and feature embedded video as needed. WordPress will serve as the platform, hosted on the organization's dedicated WP Engine account.

Additional requirements include setting up GA4 cross domain tracking, regular site map updates accessible on every page, and an XML sitemap optimized for search engines with automatic updates. The site must include consistent call-to-action elements and enable internal Broadband staff to manage content post-launch.
