DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide a broadband equity, access, deployment, and implementation solution supporting Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) projects in South Carolina. Services will cover monitoring, compliance, multi-agency coordination, and federal reporting for both deployment and non-deployment initiatives.
The BEAD program includes administration of funds for broadband deployment and non-deployment projects. The vendor will provide ongoing technical software support and assign a dedicated technical assistance representative to work with grant program officers on requirements such as risk management, compliance assessments, expenditure tracking, data and document collection, and support under 2 CFR 200.
