A county in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive branding services for signage art, as well as the design, fabrication, and installation of permanent feature art for public spaces. The project requires the development of a cohesive visual brand that can be consistently applied across a range of public installations, including gateway signage, wayfinding systems, murals, sculptures, digital platforms, and print collateral.
The selected vendor will create a visual style that embodies the county’s heritage, landscape, community identity, and supports local tourism objectives. The scope includes adapting the branding for use within the county's art programs and ensuring that all designs are suitable for both functional and decorative applications in public spaces. Vendors are invited to submit any questions regarding the project by February 19, 2026.
