DESCRIPTION

The contracting organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive branding merchandise design, production, and fulfillment services. All merchandise must consistently align with established Canada brand standards, with vendors expected to deliver high-quality and competitively priced products, as well as maintain clear lead times and reliable delivery throughout Canada. Sustainable and ethical product options should be offered where feasible, and the selected provider should be equipped to enable repeat ordering and scalable fulfillment for both chapters and national events.

Vendors will be required to follow supplied Canada brand guidelines and support common file types such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (vector formats), and PNG for artworks. Digital mockups must be provided for approval before commencing production. The scope of branding and decoration includes techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, direct-to-garment/direct-to-film (DTG/DTF), and laser engraving, as applicable. Guidance on the optimal decoration method for each item is expected, along with the ability to accurately match brand colors using Pantone standards where possible.
