DESCRIPTION

The City of New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive branding and messaging services. The selected vendor will deliver branding recommendations and create brand assets that align with research findings, as well as design and implement a large-scale marketing campaign aimed at increasing family engagement with the city's early childhood system.

Responsibilities include identifying further market research needs for the city and its partners, conducting a brand audit by cataloguing and assessing all existing early care and education branding and messaging, and developing multiple proposals for future branding and messaging strategies. The vendor will be expected to test these messages with key stakeholders such as city agency staff, families, and service providers, and integrate their feedback into final guidelines.

The engagement encompasses the development of final messaging and branding guidelines and the production of supporting brand assets to ensure consistent and effective communications throughout the early childhood system.
