The selected vendor will be responsible for creating a cohesive brand strategy to guide the district’s presentation across various entities, including businesses and developments. Deliverables will encompass a visual identity system featuring a logo suite, color palette, typography, graphic elements, and image direction. In addition, the vendor will create brand guidelines detailing standards for print, digital applications, signage, and environmental usage. Key messages and campaign themes for brand launch must also be identified. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by May 21, 2026.
