DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide brand revitalization services. The selected firm will be expected to challenge assumptions, contribute innovative ideas, and help shape a compelling and authentic brand that reflects the agency’s character as well as the needs of its community and stakeholders.

The scope includes conducting stakeholder consultations and workshops, completing a comprehensive audit of existing brand assets, messaging, and positioning, and developing a clear and differentiated brand strategy. The work also includes reviewing and refining, or redesigning if necessary, the existing logo, creating a cohesive colour palette reflective of a lakeside lifestyle, establishing typography standards, and developing a distinctive visual language through imagery style, graphic elements, and design treatments.

In addition, the vendor will develop a compelling brand story and clear messaging pillars that support tourism, local business, and community engagement. Deliverables include sample copy applications for uses such as websites, campaigns, and social media, along with a comprehensive brand standards document covering logo usage, colour applications, typography, imagery, and messaging. The successful bidder will also provide templates and adaptable assets for marketing materials, social media, and partnership use.
