DESCRIPTION

A highly qualified branding firm is sought to develop a renewed brand strategy, narrative, and a multi-year influential campaign. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive suite of professional services encompassing brand strategy, brand development, and brand activation, along with professional counsel and executive-level guidance throughout all stages of the project, including research, discovery, brand platform development, and activation planning.

Vendors are required to conduct methodologically sound data collection utilizing techniques such as surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, message testing, brand concept testing, and competitive brand audits. The scope includes developing a brand governance framework with brand guidelines, a messaging toolkit, ongoing measurement and KPIs, and template systems. Additional objectives are aligning market perception and branding with strategic enrollment goals, identifying opportunities to strengthen the brand and messaging, as well as delivering environmental branding (e.g., campus lightpost signage, building façades), digital enhancements and UX updates, athletics brand integration if needed, and providing direction for photography, video, and advertising campaign launches.

The contract period will be for one year.
