DESCRIPTION

A Massachusetts-based agency is seeking a highly qualified branding firm to lead the development of a renewed brand strategy, institutional narrative, and multi-year influence campaign. The selected vendor will collaborate extensively with leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni, trustees, and research partners to review a comprehensive brand assessment completed during a recent market research engagement.

Key project deliverables include the creation of three distinct and fully articulated brand positioning platforms, each comprising a brand promise, value proposition, messaging pillars, and an audience segmentation framework. The scope of work also covers development of the institutional narrative and differentiation, visual identity and brand architecture, as well as recruitment and lifecycle materials.

Additionally, the firm will be responsible for integrating recommendations across digital and storytelling channels, including the organization's website, AI-powered search tools and user experience, social media storytelling, email marketing, video strategy, print collateral, and event materials. All project-related questions must be submitted by April 2, 2026.
