The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to gather information from qualified vendors regarding the provision of Fusion Risk Management Software Licenses and Maintenance, or equivalent solutions. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify potential sources that can fulfill the outlined requirements, as well as to solicit technical recommendations for improving proposal accuracy and efficiency.
Vendors are asked to demonstrate their capability to provide the requested software licenses and maintenance by addressing relevant company details, key personnel, financial resources, applicable certifications (including SBA VetCert for VOSB/SDVOSB), NAICS codes, DUNS numbers, and current contractual vehicles. Respondents must also clarify the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP) status and Authorization to Operate (ATO) with the Department of Veterans Affairs, or provide a timeline for achieving these authorizations if not currently validated. Interested parties are encouraged to review the attached product description for further technical specifications and submit their responses by February 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST.
This RFI is issued strictly for planning and informational purposes; it is not a solicitation for bids or proposals.
