The department of agriculture is seeking a vendor to provide brand marketing campaign services to promote local community outreach for its summer food service program in Washington, DC. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Brand Identity Marketing Executable Strategic Plan aimed at increasing participation at summer meal sites, especially within underserved and high-need communities. Efforts must ensure families are aware of how to find meal sites and encourage higher attendance.
The scope includes launching an outreach digital campaign to boost awareness and engagement, and crafting a kid-friendly, mascot-driven theme and tagline for the summer meals program. The vendor will organize local pop-up event outreach campaigns and design a data analysis dashboard and survey system to measure and track campaign performance. Tracking participation and utilization at the site and community ward level is required to identify gaps and address equitable access to the summer meals service.
