The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive brand identity refresh along with digital accessibility services. This project involves the development of a detailed branding stylebook that unifies and enhances the state's existing brand identity while prioritizing compliance with digital accessibility requirements.
The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting an evaluation of the current brand, preparing a brand report with key findings, and collaborating with the Sterling Committee to reach consensus on future brand direction. Deliverables include updated logo configurations (primary, secondary, and departmental), logo color guidelines, primary and secondary brand colors with an associated color accessibility guide, and graphic elements or patterns to complement the brand. Additional requirements encompass sample designs for e-newsletter headers, print newsletter templates or recommendations, and example applications for branded apparel and vehicles.
This initiative aims to ensure a cohesive visual identity for Colorado that is both accessible and adaptable across digital and physical mediums.
