DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive services focused on brand identity, environmental brand expression, and marketing strategy. The scope includes developing a complete brand identity and a framework for expressing that brand across various environments. The strategy will encompass both public infrastructure and voluntary integration with private property.

Key deliverables will include structured digital content components for integration with city-managed platforms, a website content framework and outlines, as well as templates for digital and print event calendars. Additional requirements are a social media branding toolkit (addressing voice, tone, hashtag strategy, and visual standards), newsletter templates, and an editorial content framework. The provider must also develop messaging and content guidelines to ensure consistency across web, social media, newsletters, and print materials, as well as graphical elements and a cohesive visual style.
