The University is seeking a qualified partner to design and manage a comprehensive sponsorship and brand engagement program aimed at large-scale campus events. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a revenue-generating program that allows external businesses to engage with students through curated activations approved by the University, all while enhancing the overall student experience at major events.
This initiative requires the creation of structured opportunities for brands to interact with students in ways that are aligned with University values and are non-transactional in nature. The program must produce a sustainable and predictable revenue stream to support both student engagement programming and auxiliary operations, while preserving University oversight over branding, messaging, sponsor selection, and the student experience.
Vendors should have proven experience executing sponsorship and brand engagement programs within higher education, ideally with large student populations of 20,000 or more. The ability to offer revenue-sharing or guaranteed-minimum financial models, maintain transparent financial reporting, and support both indoor and outdoor event activations is essential. Aggressive marketing tactics are explicitly prohibited to ensure student-centered engagement. Regular reporting on sponsorship performance, student interaction, and financial outcomes is expected.
