The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive brand development and graphic design services. Scope of work includes developing clear brand architecture, defining naming hierarchy and visual relationships, and creating cohesive visual identity systems that allow differentiation while reinforcing overall unity. The selected firm will be responsible for aligning internal and educational branding with public-facing marketing deliverables.
Key deliverables include a comprehensive brand standards manual, social media imagery templates, and day-to-day marketing assets. The project will also cover branded directional and placemaking signage, online branding templates, environmental and placemaking brand design, as well as marketing campaign assets for associated venues. Vendors will be expected to deliver production-ready signage files and develop updated educational and program-facing materials. The duration of the contract is one year.
