DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Homeland, California, is seeking a vendor to provide front office security services for the Boulder Ridge location. The project will occur during summer recess and consists of demolition and completion of all new construction activities, except for the installation of storefront frames, glazing, doors, and final electrical connections associated with the storefront system.
Work during this phase will include demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins and finishes, millwork, flooring, painting, and preparation for future installation of the storefront system. Once the storefront system components are delivered, the next phase will commence, which includes installing storefront frames, glazing, doors, associated hardware, and completing final electrical connections. Permitted working hours at the site are between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 1, 2026, and questions must be submitted by April 8, 2026.
