A government authority in Saskatchewan, Canada is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting services over a two-year contract period.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, processing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank and credit card reconciliations, and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Additional duties involve budget tracking, variance reporting, payroll processing when applicable, support for year-end audit preparation, and financial advisory assistance to both management and the board of directors.
The selected service provider will be expected to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, compliance with applicable regulations, and timely reporting throughout the course of the engagement.
