DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive boating program services for the community. The scope includes organizing free boating programs for adults, children, and families, offering 20-minute boating sessions designed to accommodate a minimum of 200 guests per event.
The programming will run from March through October, with sessions scheduled at least four times per month—comprising two weekend and two weekday events, each lasting a minimum of three hours. Programs must be accessible for youth ages five and older as well as adults. The selected vendor must provide staff to assist guests with safety instruction and equipment and offer both single and multi-passenger boats.
