DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide board relations software. The solution should offer a comprehensive board portal and management platform with features including the creation, editing, and distribution of board materials. The system must support collaboration, scheduling of meetings, and provide mass communication capabilities to distribute messages to both internal and external personnel. Additional requirements include the ability to obtain signatures and approvals and generate detailed reports, such as personnel utilization of services, board communication receipts, and material version control.
The software should be compatible with other platforms, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
