The selected contractor will be responsible for all grounds maintenance at Blue Heron Golf Course, including mowing, fertilizing, weed control, aeration, bunker maintenance, light tree pruning, and irrigation system operation and repairs. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment, materials, and fuel. The contract term is five years, beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2031.

  • Principal representatives must hold a minimum 2-year degree or certificate in turf grass management
