Timor Leste is seeking a vendor to digitize its birth registration system, including system design, implementation, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing support to enable interoperability at the community level.

DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive birth registration system digitization service in Timor Leste. The selected company will be responsible for designing a digital birth registration system architecture at the suco (village) level, ensuring interoperability among health facilities, suco administrations, and notary services. The contractor will be tasked with implementing the approved digital birth registration system, aligning with existing government digital infrastructure and standards.

Key activities include the design, adaptation, configuration, and operationalization of the digital registration model.
