Electronic file containing customer specific data will be uploaded, and contractor notified by the end of the first week of each month.
Contractor must have three (3) full business days to complete all tasks upon receipt of the electronic file.
All billing statement mailings must be in recipients' mailboxes prior to the 15th of each month.
Initial contract term is 1 year from final signature date, with four (4) optional 1-year extensions.

DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a vendor to provide billing statement printing services. The scope of work includes printing billing statements, preparing inserts for statements (with some statements consisting of multiple pages), and including a return envelope with the appropriate return address for SWS. Miscellaneous inserts may be required when necessary.
The service will involve preparing an average of 5,500 statements for eight months of the year, and an increased volume averaging 9,000 statements for the remaining four months. First-class bulk rate postage is to be applied per piece. Clarification questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 18, 2026.
