A municipality in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive billing and customer relation management (CRM) software that supports multiple utilities and integrates with the city's existing payment processors. The required system should facilitate accurate input of meter data, calculation, generation, and distribution of service bills. It must offer user-friendly tools for internal staff as well as an intuitive, accessible interface for customers, including a desktop and mobile-friendly web portal.
The solution should integrate preferably with the city’s existing merchant processors in the following order of preference: Invoice Cloud, Tyler Payments, Forte, and USAEpay/MyGovPay. The platform must support multi-service, multi-rate billing for utilities such as electric and geothermal, and should be flexible enough to accommodate additional utilities in the future. Questions regarding the requirements must be submitted by December 9, 2025.
