A government authority in Gainesville, Florida seeks a vendor to provide beverage vending and related services on a college campus. Required services include beverage vending, cashless payment acceptance, reporting, maintenance and repair of vending equipment, event-related beverage product sales, and certain marketing activities.
Excluded from the scope of work, unless expressly stated otherwise, are snack vending, micro-markets, hydration refill stations, water fountains maintained by the college, and food service operations. The selected provider will be responsible for fulfilling all aspects of beverage vending and approved related activities for a contract term of five years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 4, 2026.
