Beverage Pouring Rights and Sponsorship Services

Associated Students in California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide exclusive beverage pouring rights and sponsorship services for its facilities and events. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing marketing, branding, and promotional strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of beverage offerings across campus venues and activities.

A key component of this partnership involves advancing sustainability and student wellness initiatives. The contractor is expected to offer a comprehensive selection of non-alcoholic beverages—such as carbonated soft drinks, bottled and canned water, sports and energy drinks, ready-to-drink teas, coffees, juices, and other approved beverages—using eco-friendly packaging and energy-efficient equipment. Supporting campus-wide sustainability and health programs is a priority.

Ongoing performance monitoring and regular reporting will be required to ensure the effectiveness of the partnership and to support continued improvements. Vendors with experience in beverage sponsorship, product sustainability, and health-conscious offerings are encouraged to participate.
