The University of Delaware is seeking proposals from vendors to provide comprehensive beverage pouring rights and sponsorship services. The selected partner will assist in developing an exclusive agreement for the supply, distribution, and sale of non-alcoholic beverages across all university-operated and affiliated facilities. This includes vending machines, retail locations, dining venues, athletic facilities, and special events venues.
Eligible beverage categories covered under this contract include carbonated soft drinks (bottled, canned, post-mix), non-carbonated beverages, bottled and flavored waters, fruit and vegetable juices (with 100% juice options), sports drinks, and low-calorie or zero-sugar beverages. The contract will span three years. Prospective bidders must submit any questions regarding the RFP by May 20, 2026.
