The government authority in Clover, South Carolina, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive beverage and vending machine services for its facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring a variety of quality products and recognized brands are available, as well as maintaining equipment that is up-to-date, well-kept, and features anti-vandalism safeguards. Full-service vending is expected—including delivery, timely stocking, flexibility to adapt to changing preferences, and a quality assurance program.
Personnel must wear distinguishable uniforms while working on school premises, and vending machines should feature appropriate logos, signage, and be placed in optimal areas as determined by school principals. The vendor is required to provide trained repair staff on site during peak sales times, as well as be available within one working day for any necessary repairs. Additional responsibilities include marketing, service support, merchandising, advertising, and submitting regular management reports as specified by each school.
The program encompasses delivery and stocking of products, equipment maintenance, collection and tallying of money, commission submissions, and safeguards for vandalism and theft. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 8, 2026, and the contract period is one year.
