DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Somerville, Massachusetts is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive benefits consulting and brokerage services. The scope includes consulting and brokerage for a range of employee benefit programs such as life insurance, Section 125 plans, dental (low and high plan options), vision care, disability plans (short-term and long-term), group and voluntary life insurance, flexible spending plans, deferred compensation offerings, employee assistance programs, and OBRA 457b accounts.
Vendors will be responsible for advising on and managing benefits provided through various carriers and programs, including medical insurance via the group insurance commission, dental coverage through Delta, vision care through VSP, disability through Sun Life and Colonial Life, voluntary life, HRC Total Solutions flexible spending, deferred compensation options (Empower, Equitable, Nationwide), and TotalCare EAP. The selected vendor will enter into a contract for a three-year term. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 23, 2026.
