DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Savannah, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive benefits consulting and actuarial services. The selected firm will be responsible for strategic planning, consultation, implementation, and support of employee benefit programs. Specific requirements include annual actuarial valuations of the county’s pension plan, bi-annual valuations for the county’s trust fund, and the formulation of COBRA rates, ACA fees, and other relevant calculations.

Additional roles include serving as a third-party administrator for several plans, such as self-funded health and pharmacy, dental, basic and optional life insurance, Medicare transition customer service, vision insurance, long-term disability, and Medicare Advantage with prescription drug coverage.
