The State of Arizona is seeking a vendor to develop and implement a strategy and staffing solution for processing behaviour analyst applications that contain deficiencies. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of the application process by introducing a part-time resource dedicated to managing applications requiring additional attention and communication with applicants. Deficient applications currently impede the overall processing velocity, and the agency's objective is to expedite the review process by creating a streamlined method for routing and addressing such cases.
The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all forwarded applications with discernible substantive deficiencies are processed to administrative completeness. This role involves managing communications with applicants, resolving outstanding issues, and enabling faster progression of non-deficient applications through the standard review process. The proposed solution will help improve processing capacity and support substantive review by the Committee on Behaviour Analysts. The contract will be established for a five-year period.
