DESCRIPTION

The state seeks a vendor to provide a behavioral health data management system to support the PREVAIL program. This system will serve as a pre-arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage database, designed for statewide case management and database management services. The chosen solution must be secure, scalable, and configurable to ensure the continuity of services without interruption and to accommodate both current use and the potential expansion of participating sites.

Key requirements include compliance with state data security regulations, comprehensive reporting functionality, reliable database hosting and system availability, system administration and role-based user access support, technical support and issue resolution, as well as ongoing system maintenance.
