The Medical Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for BD Parata IntelliCab Will Call systems and the AutoNotify service. The requirement is for maintenance and support of the AutoNotify service, a notification add-on that enables patients to receive automated calls or text messages when their prescriptions are ready for pickup. AutoNotify is not a standalone software and does not need installation; the contractor must provide all necessary non-personal services, supplies, materials, transportation, and related items to support the solution.
This service will deliver automated text and voice messaging for customers at multiple military base pharmacies. The procurement will be conducted on a sole source basis per FAR 6.103–1(b), as the service is available only from one responsible source. All responsible sources may submit their capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration by the agency.
