The scope includes establishing and managing a structured suite of accounts under the agency Trustee’s custodial responsibilities. Required banking activities cover deposits, disbursements, automatic overnight investments, certificates of deposit or savings accounts, and ACH direct deposit for payroll.
Vendors must clearly outline the degree to which each service is automated, as well as the functionality offered via internet banking, associated security protocols, and any relevant timelines for file transmissions.
