The selected vendor must manage a minimum of twenty checking accounts, with the flexibility to add more accounts as needed. Access to a secure, web-based online banking platform is required, offering robust fraud prevention and positive pay services.
Additional requirements include Remote Electronic Deposit (RED) capabilities, automated reconciliation, location-based deposit tracking, and ancillary services with local support. The provider must offer comprehensive card services and expense management, including card issuance, administrative controls, distributed workflow, and a mobile application that enables cardholders to photograph receipts at the point of sale. The contract period will be for one year.
