A government authority in Pittsburgh, Kansas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking services. Responsibilities include managing all agency financial operations through a dedicated account, which will handle deposits of revenues, accounts payable, payroll, and investment transactions. The agency also utilizes the account for transfers, check writing, and deposits.
The selected depository bank must grant the Finance Director, staff, and both internal and federal auditors reasonable access to all financial records pertaining to agency funds. Vendors should detail their online treasury management tools, including real-time and delayed balance inquiries, item image retrieval, transfer initiation, stale dated check and stop pay management, positive pay exception review, safekeeping, and investment performance reporting. The agency requires robust controls such as debit blocks and filters to prevent unauthorized withdrawals.
The initial contract period will be for one year.
