DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking services. The selected contractor will be responsible for deposit processing, deposit verification, return item processing, and electronic reporting. Additional required services include wire transfers, transaction research, accounts payable and positive pay solutions, image processing, stop payments, overnight investments, and lockbox operations.
Integration with the agency’s ERP system, Workday, is required. The contractor must also provide services related to accounts and balances, payables, receivables, and reporting. The vendor should offer the ability to place stop payments online, access cleared and stop payment check information online for all accounts (current and historical), provide overdraft protection, and deliver an effective e-lockbox solution.
