DESCRIPTION
The city in Cobb, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive banking services that prioritize the safety of its financial assets while ensuring ample liquidity and protection of all entrusted funds. Services required include initiation and authorization of wire transfers, ACH/EFT, and internal transfers via a secure online platform, with a preference for online wire transmission. The selected institution should also provide the ability for city-initiated stop payments on checks, as well as online reporting of such transactions.
Vendors must ensure timely posting of deposits and withdrawals, granting the city online access to review all transactions. Additional requirements include the disbursement of funds through both repetitive and non-repetitive wire transfers—primarily online, but also via telephone by an authorized individual if necessary.
