DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Aiken, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking services. The required accounts include operating, payroll (ZBA), JROTC (ZBA), and utilities (ZBA). The provider must offer daily online reporting for all accounts, detailing opening and closing ledger balances, as well as debit and credit transactions. All bank statements must be dated as of the last day of each month and be made available online within five days following month-end.

The district also requires image storage for checks, including both front and back images, and asks vendors to clearly describe this feature and outline associated costs. Each account must receive a monthly analysis, and a consolidated analysis overview across all accounts must also be provided as part of the image storage requirements. To support monthly reconciliations, the vendor must supply an electronic file of paid items, maintaining a duplicate of this file for three months, accessible through online banking.

Additional requested services include procurement cards (over 200 cards, approximately $7.5 million in annual spend), payroll or value cards, check to ACH conversion, and any other banking services the proposer may wish to offer.
