DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Greenwood, South Carolina seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive banking services. The selected banking institution will act as the central depository and manage four accounts: an Operating Account (for non-payroll disbursements such as wires, agency payments, and virtual payments), a Payroll Account as a Zero Balance Account (to be funded daily from the Operating Account), a Food Service Account (depository only), and a Pupil Activity Account. The bank must supply all deposit slips according to the District's design, with deposit slips for the Food Service Account requiring sub account coding to identify individual schools.

Online banking capabilities and monthly bank statements dated as of the last day of the month are required. Cross-referencing of transactions between the Payroll ZBA and the Operating Account must be clear. The institution must also provide evidence of 103% collateral on all District-maintained funds.
