The government authority in Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking, investment, and OPEB (Other Post-Employment Benefits) trust administration services. The selected provider will assist the Finance Department and Property Manager with the management of daily deposits, which are processed via remote scanning, online methods, and physical deposits to designated accounts as funds are received.
Services required include positive pay fraud protection and online transaction inquiry capabilities across multiple accounts such as the General Fund Account, which supports payroll and portions of accounts payable, and the Federal LIPH Account, used primarily for collecting tenant rent for Public Housing programs. Deposits to these accounts are to be managed through both physical and electronic direct deposit processes. All vendor inquiries regarding the project must be submitted by June 18, 2026.
