The government authority in Liberty, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking and depository services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor will be responsible for facilitating online banking services, including daily reporting for each account, positive pay for a controlled disbursement account, and overnight investment of account balances at a fixed or variable rate. Additional requirements include email notification for payroll returns, email verification for positive pay file receipts, and provision of customized three-part deposit tickets and tamper-resistant deposit bags.
The vendor must accept overnight deposits through a secure night drop, furnish five keys for agency access, and permit wire transfers both verbally and online with secondary authorization. Online or secured internet banking capabilities must encompass daily balances, transaction summaries, wire transfers, positive pay manual issues and voids, internal transfers, and imaged items. A monthly analysis of each account, direct deposit of payroll, investment counselling, audit confirmations, and free account or direct check card options for district employees are also required. Essential bank personnel email addresses must be provided. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 20, 2026.
