The government authority in Livingston, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bank corporation income monitoring and compliance services. The selected consultant will be responsible for collecting and reviewing income documentation from prospective tenants, which may include pay stubs, tax returns, benefit statements, employer verifications, or other approved proxies such as participation in income-restricted programs.

The consultant will coordinate closely with property owners to ensure thorough income eligibility verification, provide timely written determinations of eligibility or ineligibility to the Land Bank, and conduct various forms of monitoring such as initial and turnover income verification, rent limit compliance monitoring, annual compliance re-certification, and owner income verification monitoring. Additional responsibilities will include conducting site visit inspections, ownership and residency monitoring, and maintaining records and documentation in accordance with program requirements.
