The government authority in Marietta, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive band tower installation and site restoration services. The project entails the removal and disposal of the existing band tower and concrete pad, followed by the installation of a new band tower and concrete pad at the current location.
Services required include demolition, removal, subgrade preparation, concrete placement and finishing, curing, and full site restoration. The new tower must be between 30 and 40 feet in height, with a 6-inch deep, 12-foot by 12-foot concrete pad that incorporates steel rebar and a sand subbase, and must be installed level. Key features include a 10-foot base, three 10-foot stackable observation balconies, an 8-foot angled roof or crown, a standard black tower finish, fully enclosed stairs, a lockable security gate, and handrails constructed from 1.5-inch square tubing to accommodate standard percussion mounts.
Vendors are responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the successful completion of the project, including loading and delivery. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
