This RFI solicits vendors to provide comprehensive band production services, including personnel such as audio engineers (A1), audio assistants (A2), lighting directors (L1), lighting assistants (L2), lighting designers, and related support staff. Service requirements encompass custom sound and lighting systems tailored to mission needs, trucking for equipment delivery, staging, camera equipment and operators, director of photography, venue rentals, generator rentals, stage dressing, and miscellaneous labor.
Vendors are expected to conduct market research to identify responsible sources and provide estimated market pricing for the required services. The scope also includes occasional production support, visual media content creation, event planning, video wall rental and installation, and general event planning services. The contract period will be for five years, supporting various band activities and production requirements.
