The government authority in Martinez, California is seeking a vendor to provide bakery services in support of both retail café operations and patient meal services. The vendor will be required to deliver fresh, non-frozen bakery products daily, ensuring all goods are transported in sanitized, food-grade plastic crates. Deliveries include items such as 6-inch white bread hot dog buns, large cinnamon rolls, butter croissants, large blueberry lemon scones, and plain brownie bars.
The contractor is responsible for both the delivery and offloading of these products, as well as the removal of empty crates during each delivery cycle. All inquiries regarding the contract must be submitted no later than April 15, 2026. The awarded contract will be valid for a period of three years.
