DESCRIPTION
A government authority located in Newport News, Virginia is seeking a vendor to perform back of the envelope audit services. The selected firm will conduct and submit audits along with presentations of findings on all proposed energy conservation measures (ECMs) intended to generate energy savings and offset the cost of these ECMs and related energy upgrades.
The audit scope includes review of building automation systems (BAS), controls, and water consuming systems to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. The contract will be for a two-year period, during which the vendor is expected to deliver comprehensive yet efficient analyses and actionable recommendations for the authority's facilities.
