A Texas school district is seeking vendors to supply awards, custom apparel, and promotional items to support a variety of programs and events. These supplies will be used for instructional programs, athletics, fine arts, extracurricular activities, staff recognition, community engagement events, and district-wide initiatives.
Vendors are expected to provide high-quality products, including awards, apparel, and promotional merchandise, while maintaining consistent branding standards in line with district guidelines. Requirements include competitive pricing with volume discounts, timely delivery, and artwork proofing and approval prior to production. Vendors should coordinate directly with designated campus or department staff, and deliver responsive customer service and order tracking throughout the contract period.
The contract will be awarded for a one-year term. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 2, 2026, and questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by March 6, 2026.
